Samudraa Energize™ classes are very energetic but will not wear you out unnecessarily. You will leave every class feeling invigorated and charged.

All but one of the Yoga asana prescribed in the Gheranda Samhita is thought in the class. Mastery of these asana will be emphasized and ensured through high personalized attention and repetition.

All Yoga asana have corresponding BREATHING TECHNIQUES.
