Samudraa Energize™ classes are very energetic but will not wear you out unnecessarily. You will leave every
class feeling invigorated and charged.
All but one of the Yoga asana prescribed in the Gheranda Samhita is thought in the
class. Mastery of these asana will be emphasized and ensured through high personalized attention and
repetition.
All Yoga asana have corresponding BREATHING TECHNIQUES.
To get the most out of your Yoga practice, it is very important that you are taught the correct breathing
techniques. Samudraa Energize™ emphasizes the correct breathing techniques as part of your mastery of Yoga
asana.
