Very advanced Yoga asana or postures are taught in the classes. Emphasis is on combining Yoga
postures to create graceful dance-like flows that results in tremedous strength, endurance, flexibility and
agility.
Flow postures consisting of inversions, arm balances and flexibility are the norm. Faster results are achieved
on the body.
Advanced postures require strict adherence to the techniques and methods prescribed by the accepted
Yogic texts.
Our instructors are qualified to teach these advanced postures and are equipped with the neccessary training to
perform remedial Yoga asana. This ensures that your body is not strained.
