Classes go beyond pure Hatha Yoga and enter more advanced Yoga techniques, like Raja Yoga, which include
advanced breathing methods. Correct breathing or Pranayama is a vital part of the class.
The benefits of correct regular breathing and advanced breathing techniques is
numerous.
Yoga places great importance on these techniques, calling breath "Prana" or "Life Force". Pranayama and other
subject matter covered in the Yoga meditation lessons will only be thought to you by the most senior
instructors who have years of practice and subject matter knowledge.
